Thank you for shopping with Tart Temptations – Edible Arts Crafted For You. We take pride in delivering high-quality, customized cakes and pastries to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • The order was incorrect (wrong product, missing items, etc.).
  • The product was stale or not up to quality standards.
  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.


2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customized & Personalized Orders: Once an order is confirmed, we begin the baking process, making cancellation or modification difficult.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you decide you no longer want the product.
  • Late Pick-Up/Delivery Issues Not Caused by Us: If an order is not picked up on time or a delivery issue occurs due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, we are not responsible.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at abc@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographs (if applicable).
  3. Resolution Options:
    • If the issue is verified, we will provide either:
      • A replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
      • A partial or full refund, depending on the issue.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible as preparation may have already begun.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider first.
  • It may take some time for the refund to be processed.
