1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged upon delivery.
- The order was incorrect (wrong product, missing items, etc.).
- The product was stale or not up to quality standards.
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customized & Personalized Orders: Once an order is confirmed, we begin the baking process, making cancellation or modification difficult.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you decide you no longer want the product.
- Late Pick-Up/Delivery Issues Not Caused by Us: If an order is not picked up on time or a delivery issue occurs due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, we are not responsible.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
